"Food was average at best. Most of the food was overcooked and sat in steam tables too long. Entertainment was also lacking on the main stage. The Michael Jackson show was great. Pools were not clean most mornings. cups were still floating in them from the night before."

Major issues included: * No hot water in the room, requiring a room change * Other guests experiencing the same hot water issue * Ongoing construction and noise disruptions not disclosed in advance * Strong varnish/paint fumes from nearby maintenance work * Management promised to pause the work due to a pregnancy but did not follow through * Requested room arrangements (connecting rooms and ocean view) not provided * Main breakfast restaurant closed without prior notice We raised these concerns multiple times during the stay, but no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. Overall, the services provided were materially different from what was represented at booking, especially considering the premium price point."

"The property was maintained impeccably. The rooms were lovely and decorated tastefully. The shower pressure was impressive. We had a studio but the size was easily that of an exceptionally large one bedroom. Being able to walk out and get directly into the pool was wonderful. The yoga class every Morning taught by Valerie was a great way to start the day. This property was impressive. If you’re an ocean swimmer you will not be able to get into the water. "En el cuarto si te quedas varios días no te cambian las toallas y no ponen shampoo y el desayuno malisimo y no hay suficiente para todos los huéspedes les falta personal para que atiendan a la hora del desayuno pedimos toallas para llevarnos a la playa un día si me dieron y el siguiente dijeron que las estaban lavando y pues nos fuimos sin toalla pero está cómodo el hotel y fresco"

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
