"I don't know how this place has such high ratings on Expedia.  I checked into room 307 on 4/3/26.   Everything seemed very nice when I first arrived, but none of that matters when you cannot sleep.  1) Our room had ZERO air conditioning on this particularly warm night.  I had already put my kids to bed when I set the thermostat to 64 degrees.  However, the room remained at 77 degrees all night.  The opened vents blew out warm air all night long.  We hardly slept at all.  We were zombies the next...

"It was ok, not like and other Westin Hotel I have been to. The only available microwave was somewhere in the downstairs lobby, not offered in the room. And there was a surprise fee for parking."

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Breakfast is complimentary and was delicious. The hotel is getting old and needs to be updated. Staff are very friendly. Good location it there was a couple of “sketchy” peeps hanging around the parking lot and surrounding area. Good for the price. "

It was a big room, plenty of space to spread out. If you are staying for a work trip and only using the room to sleep, it fine"

"Overall our stay was good. It was our first time on the 1st floor and we realize that we refer the 3rd floor so as to not hear people going up and down the stairs or passing by."

"Didn't like the fact there was No microwave in the room, nor did that air conditioner & heater Didn't work, was told by 3 different staff Nothing they could do about it. Also missing light cover in bathroom. Looked tacky."

"Room lock was broken. You could open the door without the key. Toilet barely flushed. Microwave didn't work at all. At least I was able to get another room, but I had to wait til next day."

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "
