"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice."

Gone a bit downhill since with dated/well used/weathered furniture, faded elevator buttons, etc, and general laissez-faire attitude from staff makes this now a low 3 after most recent visit. Arrived for checkin at 4:45pm and was told to wait as room was not ready. Credit to Dan for waiving our daily resort fee for the inconvenience. "Hidden gem. Perfect if attending an event at the Liberty Warehouse. A continental breakfast is included. Rooms although on the small size have everything you need from blow dryer coffee fridge etc. Whole establishment very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend"

"It’s a big, clean, quiet, basic room with no frills, no room service, no on-site store to purchase a water or soda and a single-flow air conditioner (it’s either hot or cold depending on the season, no actual temperature control). Oh, and did I mention that you get all of that for over $550 midweek? Bottom line: this is an acceptable barebones $250/night hotel in any other city that gets a premium because it’s in Wall Street. If you need to be in that spot, go for it."
