The room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, with dust on the coffee machine and counters, and there was dust and hair under the bathroom sink. Housekeeping also did not service our room on the first day, despite us confirming the day before that housekeeping was provided daily. "As someone who travels often, I appreciate hotels with character, and Nomas Hotel definitely has its own unique charm. The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, banks, and other essentials all within walking distance. The hotel offers a more boutique, self-guided experience, but help is always available when needed. The manager was friendly, responsive, and made my stay even better. "The room was spacious with a separate lounging area with a deep seated couch and tv. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to be on the tail end of a renovation with visible signs of construction material (pieces of trim were missing, some surfaces needed to be clad,…). "Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...
