"The staff was pushy to get people to sign up to timeshare stuff. Our room was very subpar and small. The ac wouldn’t go past 72 f and our sofa bed was broken. We also had a pack and play that was broken "

"This is an average hotel, don’t expect the best of anything. The breakfast buffet was great though. We had several issues during our stay, no hot water for showers for a day, fire alarms going off at 12:30am, and inconsistent house keeping. The hotel is around several charming places like a small amusement park, and food trucks. If you are going for the shuttles is important to know, the shuttles for Disney and Universal only have one departing time from the hotel and coming back from the parks."

"Love this property! I would recommend finding out what convention schedule is. Music was ridiculously loud and terrible for private event. The convebtion goers were drinking heavy and rude. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The pools were nice and warm, we enjoyed using the barbecues. However, a playground would be nice and the room was not very clean, especially the floors. "

"A lot of highs and a lot of lows but overall it is a good spot if you are simply wanting a place to stay near disney and you have little ones.
