"From the moment we were picked up.in Hanoi to when we were returned back to our hotel the service was.top notch. Lee our guide on the bus was excellent and Ming.the tour director on the boat and his staff were awesome. The time in Halong bay was relaxing and a great way.to end a holiday in Vietnam! So glad we.choose Aspira!"

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"The hotel itself is very clean and modern inside however we arrived at 9:30pm and were told the restaurant closed at 10pm. We checked in and went upstairs to the restaurant at 9:35pm and were told we were too late and there was no food, there is no food around the property so that was a bit unfortunate. As we had messaged ahead multiple times informing reception the time we were arriving it would have been kind to have left something for guests to have on arrival, even a banana… Be warned the...
