"We went on an emperor cruise for 4 nights and 5 days for part of our honeymoon. It was a truly remarkable experience. Karen, Chi and the other staff made us feel special every step of the way. Their hospitality was warm, personal, kind and thorough.

"The staff make you feel at home. They are engaging, helpful and wanting to make meaningful connections. They seem like one big happy family which makes your stay so comfortable. The food is excellent. I would recommend the 3 days, 2 nights as the second day you spend time going to the southern part or Cat Ba island which is more scenic."

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not the 5-star cruise that was advertised.
