"Good hotel for our short 2 night stay visiting relatives in the area. The management were very helpful and provided anything we asked for. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that aspect, but breakfast was first class and cooked freshly to order."

The meal was very nice - but not cheap. The twin room was very basic, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. "Lovely, well maintained Victorian building with staff who go the extra mile to be welcoming and helpful. Parking is available though limited. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with roomy en-suite baths. There is a lot of traffic on the nearby roads, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise."

"The hotel is right on the prom and beach.We had a superior room, which had a lovely view. Staff were generally lovely. My only real issues were that only one window opened in the room and that the room smelt bad. Not sure what of but maybe damp carpet. I was told there were no other superior rooms left to change rooms. Unfortunately did not get a chance to use Spa etc.I would like to return and hope for a better smelling room."

You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. "Easy check-in. Tidy room bed and bit soft for my liking. Quick food service. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Staff polite. Pool table and dart board nice little extra. Breakfast spot on."
