My room had windows with wooden shutters, a chandelier, a separate powder room for makeup, and a wonderful view of the courtyard and adjacent church. The showers are also very powerful, which was truly wonderful. When I’m back in Utrecht, this is where you’ll find me again. I loved it!"

"A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff...

We found it to be very family friendly with games to play in the reception areas and we really enjoyed the tables canalside outside for eating/drinking. We felt safe, looked after and the hotel visually very cool. The breakfast options were 10/10 we will miss it! The evening restaurant food was fab with options for all tastes. Travelling as an Autism family we found the hotel to be super welcoming and inclusive."
