"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Roman, I believe was his name, was more friendly and helpful than anyone I encountered on our 2 week trip. The owner of the establishment let us check in early and leave our bags after our short stay to explore a bit more. This made all the difference in our short trip to the city. The room was clean and very quiet off of the busy main tourist corridor. We would 100% stay here again."

Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. "The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. The air conditioning was working properly on the top floor so it was very warm no fan was provided. Some positives was good communication with the office and quick responses, held the luggage for...

"Leider konnte ich insgesamt keine 5 Sternebewertung abgeben. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt an der Hauptstraße der Altstadt und das ist der Knackpunkt. Durch die umliegenden Restaurants ist es nachts durch die Gäste sehr laut. Unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber Safe und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden"

"ピレー門からすぐの好立地で、旧市街散策の拠点として最適です。疲れたら戻って休憩し、また出かけるという使い方が快適にできました。フェリー利用の方はバス停も近くて便利です。 　エレベーターはないため、眺望重視なら上階、足腰に自信のない方は低層階がおすすめです。3階の部屋からは要塞が目の前に望め、室内も清潔で広く快適でした。 　チェックインはスタッフ常駐ではありませんが、早い段階から丁寧な連絡をいただき、バス遅延の際も気にかけてくださるなど対応は万全でした。アパートまで若干の階段はありますが、旧市街の急勾配と比べれば全く問題ありません。 旧市街散策を楽しみたい方に自信を持っておすすめできる宿です。"
