Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. "Leilighetene ligger sentralt i gamlebyen og gjør det enkelt å utforske alt Dubrovnik har å by på. Det var likevel flere ting i oppføringen på Hotels som ikke stemte. Stedet hadde ikke daglig rengjøring, og det er heller ikke flere strandbarer i bygget (eller strand i umiddelbar nærhet for den saks skyld). Rommene er nokså store, men ikke overveldende rene. Huseieren er hyggelig og kan nås via Whatsapp. Imidlertid litt kronglete å nå på andre vis mtp. å betale oppholdet eller for instrukser ved...

"The location of this property is excellent for seeing the Old Town sights. The kitchen is minimal, could use a few more cooking items; but in this location it is exceptional to have a kitchenette at all! The housekeeper does an excellent job, and was very helpful."

"Leider konnte ich insgesamt keine 5 Sternebewertung abgeben. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt an der Hauptstraße der Altstadt und das ist der Knackpunkt. Durch die umliegenden Restaurants ist es nachts durch die Gäste sehr laut. Unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber Safe und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden"

"A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."

"Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, comfortable bed. Replenished our coffee, and other sundries, with clean towels daily. We were able to store our luggage upon an early arrival before check in, and they assisted with carrying it up the steep flights of stairs (the only drawback, but we discovered you can't get away frrom that in Croatia!)"

"Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...

"This was a beautiful place to stay within the city walls of Dubrovnik, with such a convenient location. The room had tons of amenities, mini fridge in the loft, beautiful bathtub, and all the travel amenities you may have forgotten including umbrella. Would stay again as long as prepared with earplugs for the nearby cathedral bells that go off all night long."
