"Check in was fast and efficient. 4 elevators A B C D, dependent on your floor, easy tap room card telling you which elevator to use. Clean room. Only used kitchen for coffee and tea, but it was fully functional and room had washing machine and dryer. Short walk from North Sydney Rail Station and 500mtrs from Victoria Cross Light Rail. Greenwood Plaza just opposite railway station."

"We requested a room change with direct access to the pier and great views - management and staff were most helpful and the room was excellent. Our dinner at the restaurant was very good, as was drinks and casual dining at the Pier Bar - the Happy Hour Cocktails, and particularly the Happy Hour Oysters (5-6pm weekdays) at Pier Bar (enjoyed on multiple nights) were delicious and great value. "
