"The best hotel in York!! Cathy was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!! Would stay there next time we are in York and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting York!!"

"Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned."
