"The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

"I made a reservation for a one-bedroom, non-smoking room, but when we got there, the receptionist informed me that they had reserved two smoking rooms for me. I showed the email from Expedia and the confirmation, and he just said that it did not come through their system. I'm definitely not going to try to reserve a room at their place again."

"We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. "The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town."

"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...
