"Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡 From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. "The room was modern, spacious and had everything I needed. The bar area was nice and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, and couldn't be more helpful, especially Sophie. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The barman was perfectly polite, but I got the impression from the two nights I was staying there that he really didn't want to be there. :-( Overall, this was a great stay. "
