The hotel is very nice overall. The room we stayed in was nice, including the bathroom. Good temperature control plus a fan in the room. Staff were friendly, but unorganized, both for check in and the restaurant. Supper wasn’t great, but the continental breakfast was very good.

Older Hotel, thus the lower price. No one at reception when we arrived and we had to knock on the door to the staff room. Then the fellow who came out told us in no case would they allow checkin before 3pm. At 2:45pm there was a lineup to check in. Room was small and dated but clean. Debatable whether we would stay there again.

We stayed one night before taking a cruise ship we went to the restaurant bar to have something to eat and drink they only had potato chips and limited drink. The bartender was not very experienced. In the end we just had a split of prosecco

Useful to have car parking on site but nothing was mentioned that you have to pay for parking until I arrive. Apart from parking it was a good stay and restaurant in next building was good too.

I was a bit disappointed with Premier Inn based on this stay. We arrived at 2pm, an hour early for check in but a reasonable time you would think. They wanted to charge us £15 to check in early, implying the room was ready anyway, so that was just profiteering. We felt we'd paid a lot already, although in fairness it was bank holiday weekend. This hotel is clearly populated by people crossing the channel, not staying more than one night as we did. The room was rather basic and a bit drab, two bath towels but only one face towel between two of us and they only made up the room if asked, then half-heartedly. The bed seemed a bit on the small side but adequate and comfortable. On the plus side there were plentiful supplies of coffee, tea and milk in reception and the fan in the room was welcome in the hot weather.

Friendly staff.. The room we stayed in smelt of damp.. there was a pot hole in the bathroom from where something has been leaking which was probably also accountable for the smell.. the noise was due to how close the cars are parked to the hotel. There seemed to be people coming and going/ arguing with each other every 30 mins. Due to the unusually warm weather the window had to be open so this was unavoidable.

We arrived to a fully booked hotel. The staff were wonderful and dealing with a very busy dinner rush. They also had to deal with some leaks in the restaurant from the heavy rain. They remained so positive and friendly you would have never known(other than seeing the leaks) they were dealing with so much. They were also very understaffed for front desk, bar and servers there were 3 people to a full restaurant. Well done to them.
