"This hotel truly felt like a home away from home! The staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always happy to go the extra mile. The front desk made me feel welcome, and housekeeping kept everything clean while being quiet and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the kitchen staff did a fantastic job keeping it stocked throughout the entire breakfast service. Having coffee, hot water, and refreshing lemon water available 24 hours a day was another thoughtful touch. My room...

"Positives: Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice coffee bar area. Nicely equipped rooms. Negatives: Long black hair on bathroom floor that I noticed as soon as I walked in the bathroom. No body soap though advertised online body soap in showers on wall mounts. The front desk gave us tiny bars of soap. The bathroom was very small. Two people could not use it at the same time to get ready. The beds were not terribly uncomfortable but not comfortable either. Elevators were very jerky to the point...

"Enjoyed my time"

"Overall, the property looked fine. The pond helps give it a relaxing view. But it was depressing coming into a room with rusted stove, a banged up bureau, a banged up refrigerator that has door hard to close, very old stained carpet and hard to turn-off faucets. It would've been perfect if we came later for Halloween. I'm dealing with a chronic illness. I wanted to lessen the stress without going to a luxurious hotel. I won't file a claim. Just save money for housekeeping or room...

"Always a great stay everytime I'm in Chicago."

"Our room had a strong odor of cleaning solution and something else? It was not a pleasant smell. The beds are older and not supportive, so we got pretty sore after a few nights. The staff was great, but the building is showing age."

"Good price. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and convenient."

"Everything was excellent"

"Has an issue with bedding and they did their best to right size the issue"

"They was very nice & helpful even let me stay over when I was waiting on my ride and offered me cookies and coffee while I wait! Highly recommend!!"

"Pool was a little cold/dingy. Hot tub was out of order both days I stayed. I went to front desk to inquire about it and was met with attitude and condescending responses."
