The actual building from the outside doesn’t look desirable and some properties inside again give the impression the apartment would be run down but once past the front door it is nice . "The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet. Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"Nice place, clean room, friendly staff, and well located. One minor issue was that every towel left white fluff all over you - possibly new, or maybe just cheap. Otherwise a very pleasant stay."

Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). I think the rooms are directly facing the garbage collection and transfer station or something like that. - There is no blackout curtains in the room. The room gets so bright starting 4am and you...

"A nice place in a good location for anything North London. Room was a little small but ok for European standard at a reasonable price. Lots of choices to eat “very British” all around. Underground in reasonable walking distance. All good. Happy with our choice."

"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."
