The actual building from the outside doesn’t look desirable and some properties inside again give the impression the apartment would be run down but once past the front door it is nice . "We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too. "Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..!
