"On arrival, I found they added a surprise $40 per day "Access Fee" for the hotel. You'd think you'd have access when you've paid for a room, but not here. A shady way to dramatically change the cost of your stay once it's too late. They also put me on the 3rd floor initially, and the room was shaking from the music in the club below. Not a great experience."

"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...

"The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."

"The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"Well situated, close to the subway. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. The first day a women...
