"It is a very cute hotel in the center of of Cuenca's historic district close to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean. That being said, it is a busy loud area and my room had a street side balcony. So if you have sleep issues this isn't a good choice for you. The amenities were few but I did appreciate being able to refill my water. Also, I found the cats adorable but if you are allergic you need to be aware of them."

"I had arrived early and was able to check in early as I had mentioned in my messages to the staff at the hotel. Everyone was very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet at night so I had some great sleeps over my time there. The breakfast was very well done with unlimited coffee.
I absolutely loved my stay there and will go again."
