"Extremely small room. When we folded out the couch to a bed we could not walk around the room at all. And front desk checking in the lady was pretty rude and not helpful. Very good breakfast selection and all the staff at breakfast were amazing"

"Perfect location on the corner with no hotel on one side. A quieter section with restaurants and food just a few steps away and a beautiful short walk to the entrance of Disneyland. When you walk out of the hotel you are literally staring at the monorail. There are spots closer to the entrance than this place but they are packed in tight and busy. Even with a water park we never heard anyone the whole stay and our check in was easy breezy and they let us in our room early which gave us time to...

"Overpriced"

"We stayed 2 nights while at Disneyland, which was an easy walk from the hotel. Underground parking was free and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. We will definitely stay here for our next Disney trip."

"The first room smelled like it was cleaned but u can still smell the underlying urine smell. We asked for another room that was much better. I found the staff especially Juan to be super helpful and the lady asst mgr on 6/3/26 to be also accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was okay-same thing everyday but it was free and good for the cost of the stay. No frills. I would come back again because it was so close to Disneyland."

"The staff was friendly, but we were very disappointed about our room the 1st one we had on arrival was dirty had hair in bed and shower they switched us rooms, 2nd room same thing, then they moved us to the other side a 3rd room, it was somewhat better until we found large bugs in the sink and around the trash cans, we were refunded a whole $50 dollars, it was convenient for the park but very disappointing for the price we had to pay,will not stay there again"
