"Good—-bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Cheap option to stay near Disneyland. Staff were very kind. Bad—-floors everywhere were gross/sticky. The elevator being the worst. No shuttle to Disneyland. Booking on Hotels.com I wasn’t informed of the $20+ daily parking charge. No water pressure, and at most warm not hot water. The wall mounted AC unit could not keep temp down in the room even in high 70s low 80s temps. I’ve been in worse hotels, and I might consider here again if only by myself. My wife was less than thrilled with the overall experience. I truly have no idea how they have a rating as high as they do. And avoid the market on site!! Highway robbery with the prices set there. I think it’s cheaper in the parks."

"The location of this property is so perfect, its such a shame that its just really run down. We got a room with 2 double beds and the bunk beds. The carpet in the room was really dirty and gross looking. We also found a hair that didnt belong to us in one of the "clean" towels. The little sliver of decorative bedding thing had a little stain on it that we couldnt tell what it was. Plus, you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. We were on thr first floor and we were literally kept awake by the people on the second floor. And the people just talking by the pool. I mean, im not mad people are having fun, im moreso shocked at how thin the walls are. Then the parking situation is rough. The cars are squeezed in so tight, that only the valet can really park them and move them and it bothered us since we have a new truck and we didnt like that for sure a car door would hit our truck if any of the neighboring car owners would try to grab something from their cars. We unfortunately wouldnt stay here again, id rather pay a bit more for a place that doesnt feel so grimey. The people who work here are really sweet however, so thats a plus."

"The actual property was super cute. The vibe was really cute. The convenience was really awesome. The actual room that we stayed in was pretty disgusting. There was paint chipping on the bathroom counter. It says if they just painted over a terrible counter, the walls looked disgusting. The carpet felt sticky. The bathroom smelled the rooms were really outdated and the AC was like 2 inches away from one of the beds with a curtain over it so I had to put something on the side of it so that the curtain wasn't capturing all of the AC because we couldn't feel the AC blowing. "
