"The room and view were amazing. Getting to use the fireplace while watching it snow outside was unbelievably beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we returned every evening there was warm apple cider to completely round out the rustic cabin feel. We will definitely stay here again. "

The rooms are quiet and spacious, beds are comfortable, and each staff person we encountered was friendly and eager to help in any way. "Where do I begin. We arrived and we arrived to someone smoking right outside the front desk entrance, gross. Check in was ok but the front desk guy disappeared for a bit and made us wait. Once we got to our room, that’s when the fun started. One of the beds had stains on the sheets and blanket, had to call housekeeping to change the bedding, they were quick. Then the tv was broken. Called the front desk and the guy had to bring us a new tv. He did set it up quickly. The floor was dirty. There...

"One good thing- the indoor pool for the kids. However propertywise, the showers were barely functional, dripping low pressure and barely warm. To choose from at the included breakfast was an empty container, a container of several hard boiled eggs floating in water, and a container of reheated old tasting sausages. It was VERY low effort, no one attending to it. Upon checkin- I cancelled for that following night in advance as needed AT checkin, was assured it was no problem by the desk worker,...
