"If you have a lot of luggage this isn’t your stay. The elevators can’t keep up with the amount of floors/rooms in this hotel. The people who work here were wonderful though. It was clean but our room was very tiny. The Concierge was great with booking rides to Miami Port and Miami Airport."

"The room was not properly cleaned, the sheets were uncomfortable and itchy, and despite paying nearly $400, the room itself was not functioning properly the lighting was faulty and the shower only had cold water."

"The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were not only professional, but genuinely friendly and attentive. They made us feel valued right away, setting the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was clean and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft with quality linens and pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. What really stood out was the exceptional service; when we checked in, there was an issue with the original room we had reserved, but the staff was extremely accommodating, apologized and ensured the situation was resolved promptly and professionally. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance before we even had to ask. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The facilities were well-maintained and relaxing, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Whether enjoying a quiet moment in the common areas or taking advantage of the on-site offerings, everything felt high-end and thoughtfully curated; could not recommend the SPA enough as it was relaxing and inviting. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better conveniently situated close to everything we needed while still providing a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. It struck the perfect balance between accessibility and relaxation. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Every aspect from cleanliness and comfort to service and ambiance was executed to perfection."
