"It was great"

"The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"I was very disappointed to hear that my husband‘s room did not have any hot water for his shower. He contacted somebody right away and was told that somebody would come in to fix it. He it was not. He should’ve been moved to a different room."

Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. For the age of the property and the price of the room, I was very impressed in the quality of the experience."

"We booked this property at the last minute after another trip had to be abandoned due to flight cancellations. We weren't sure what to expect at the Sonesta as it was our first time. It surpassed all expectations. The property is conveniently located with easy beach and Shipyard community access. It offered a number of other amenities and never felt overly busy or mobbed, even in the pool and bar areas. The property is freshly renovated and the rooms are clean and spacious.
