"Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"We stayed in Room 222 for one night during our two-day trip. Unfortunately, we experienced ongoing electrical issues throughout our stay. The power kept going out, and we had to call the front desk multiple times to have it restored, only for it to fail again shortly afterward. This was very frustrating and disrupted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We also lost some food we had stored in the refrigerator because it stopped working. We hope the hotel fixes this issue so future guests do...

"Great property that is well maintained. It has a bit of cape charm that is hard to find these days. Chris and the team are always so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here when in mid-cape."
