Hotel dekat Dream

"I found it deeply disturbing that some guests were permitted to sit in the foyer, lounge and breakfast room in their pyjamas and moreover, to discover that this practice is acceptable with Mercure St Helens, Merseyside. All of which made our stay an uncomfortable one."

"Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious."

"Staff was okay., property was clean and room was okay. Parking was dificult most of the parking was full and the parking bays had worn away with time meaning people without disabled badges was parking in them leaving us to park further away then was good for us that should be addressed, a room we booked had no window in it which it should have been said or declared before hand it had no window as one of us has severe claustrophobia and had to argue to be changed to rooms which probaly should...

"Excellent all around"

"Stunning rooms with all the amenities needed. Hotel was clean throughout and staff helpful. Couldn’t fault it, will definitely be returning soon"

"We had a nice large room. Quiet location. Close to the train to Liverpool and Manchester. Lots of restaurants within minutes."

"The cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning was very slow to arrive, this was the case for everyone else too. Hotel currently having some refurb work taking place however this hotel looks like it need major cash investment into it. Room was clean bathroom looks like it still needs work to it."

"Booked this hotel for its location and being able to bring my dog. Room was clean and spacious. Good selection of food available."

"The first room we were given smelled of steel cigarettes smoke and some sort of sickly sweet antiseptic. You can't open the windows to air the place out so we asked for an alternative room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sofa bed was well past its best being very saggy indeed. The breakfast was on a par with your average rep motel. Stuff were helpful if a little clueless."

"Lovely place to stay, temperature can be controlled in the room and bathroom which was great as the weather was freezing. Rooms are lovely, thought has gone into them. Food isn’t cheap if you dine there, but it was tasty."

"Simply exceptional - comfortable, clean, and wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend"

"Clean, helpful friendly staff. Secure free car park behind automatic gates If you want to discuss anything with staff before arriving I recommend you call and speak with them as the online messaging app did not seem to work. I could not work out how to turn off the radiator overnight so got a bit overheated. The en-suite is a shower with a screen and a sink directly in the room, but there were clean shared showers with a lockable door. One nice surprise was shared kitchen facilities with a...

"Great value for money. Excellent breakfast just no uncooked option ie fruit ,cereal or yoghurt. Quiet at night. Brilliant staff. Room a bit tired ours could have done with a refresh."
