"My daughter and I booked last minute as we got tickets to the Women's Euro Final. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great. The room was of a good size, beds were comfortable and our room had a "book nook" which my daughter absolutely loved.

"Great price, easy access to building and room with single code. Excellent layout with many places to store belongings, we could even place out suitcase and folded pushchair under the floor at the end of the bed leaving all the floor space.
Housekeeping was said to do a clean on the fourth day but this did not happen.
Not central but easy tram 3 minutes walk away which takes you into the old town. (And free public transport with the included Basel card. "
"Quiet, clean, spacious - brilliant stay. Stayed in female four bed dorm in this interestingly designed hostel.
The only comment I’d have is that the dorm rooms are so big the beds could probably be individually set out, rather than stacked as bunks. To save the squeaking of top bunks and steps etc. "
