The only issue I have was when others are coming late and they don’t respect people are trying to sleep (but if you are in a group and all of you are together you don’t have to worry about it) this is not a facility issue. "客室は広く清潔で文句ないが、立地が記載されている情報と異なる。Weil am Reim 駅から徒歩25分以上かかり、車以外のアクセスにはおすすめしない。また場所がindustrial area にあり決して環境が良いわけでは無いことは理解して予約することが必要。ただしトラム停留所までは徒歩10分程度で着く。帰りはホテルの人が親切にもトラムの停留所まで車で送ってくれてサービスは良好である。"

"If you want a fancy hotel that will charge you a fortune, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times. It has not been updated since the 1980s, but its location, cleanliness and staff always made it our hotel of choice in the area. But I don’t think we’ll be back. Now there is no mini fridge in the room, 2 out 3 elevators appear permanently broken, the plumbing has issues and there is just a general sense that the owner is unwilling to invest even a single Euro. It’s a shame. A real shame. "
