"My room was tidy, but worn a bit as one might expect for an elderly old boat. The lack of air-conditioned in the room made sleeping difficult, as did the person snoring in the next room through the thin walls, not to mention the typical other guests talking loudly outside the room at 2 AM. My room was adjacent the gangway, which provided a symphony of banging and clanging well past midnight. It sounded like dumpsters being emptied all through the night. No coffee in the room, but an unenthusiastic barista will serve you at the cafe when it opens at 6. So, get a room on the starboard side, away from the lifts, enjoy the history, but do not expect the elegance that history implies."

"Plenty of shops to choose from. Parking was terrible. 8 spots maybe and if they were filled up you had to park around the corner or at Jack in the box across the street! Room was muggy meaning very hot and smelly like humid. Very small room. The front desk male was always bothered if you asked him a question. He was asleep in the morning 8 - 9am. Very short with his answers. Housekeeping was great , they smiled and had a good attitude. Bathroom needed cleaning. Traffic noise of course because it's a busy street. No ice on a 90 degree weather. I won't be staying here again. "

"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! The floors were dirty - my feet were black after walking across them (no carpet). No towels were provided for showering, counters were dirty and tables had with dried debris/food on them. The toilet was not working in the evening, the office was closed. The next morning toilet was clogged I called the office and was told I would need to wait for housekeeping at 9am. Asked for a plunger and one was left at our door. Checked out t 8am and no one was at the front desk. After ringing the bell, person came from the living quarters who appeared to have been sleeping. If you’re looking for a place with amenities-there are zero here. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Wyndham should be ashamed!"
