"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "

"The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The food in the restaurant was tasty and they had very generous portions. The service was good, but we did have problems being directed to the correct lift for our room and we were asked to return to reception whilst our room was double-checked (after having made out way to it with luggage in tow."
