"The property was great, food, service and stay was great. Just something I would have to see change to go back, carpet in all room which also accept dogs, the carpet is also very very dirty so that make the stay a little uncomfortable, and doors to bathroom are just skidding that have big openings that give no privacy. Apart from those 2 things every thing here was great the staff, the ambience and location was amazing!"

"Absolutely abhorrent behavior at check in! Misogynist jerk would not give me the key to our room and insisted on giving it to my husband. I made the reservation in my name. What an assumption. Walked my husband thru the property and gave him the info sheet. My husband is “forgetful”, so I didn’t get any info, he left the sheet in the room. Did not get VIP discount on drinks or the upgrade promised. And locked out of the entry because my husband didn’t have the code. Thank goodness we decided to...

"Hidden gem! Fireplace king rooms are superb. Location is 5/5, walking distance whether you desire wine tasting, mud baths exploring nature or Calistoga’s fine cuisine . Nicole and overall staff just went above and beyond to make this an exceptional experience for an anniversary celebration. Will be back soon!"
