My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. "this was the 3rd time we stayed here. Has a really good steak house right acrossed the street, sports bar right next door. Food and gas stations near by. A really weird figure "8" street getting to it, but everywhere weird streets, round abouts, etc. are popping up all over the country. parking is right there, staff is very helpful . "The location for this motel is great for visiting the Ark Encounter. There’s also a Mexican restaurant across the street. Its street presence isn’t the greatest since there’s a torn up restaurant in the parking lot which may deter some. It’s a common motel so not fancy but sufficient with a continental breakfast, very helpful staff and off the street enough to be quiet. Our bed was comfortable, bathroom had had some repairs, hot shower and vinyl flooring. There’s more restaurants in town...

"Good cheap place to stay, especially if you only plan to sleep there. Overall property was clean and easy to find, gas station was a 2min walk away for snacks and whatnot. There is a 15% off at the restuarant Nobles, if you stay at the Inn. Staff were all super friendly and answer questions/phone calls quickly. Property needs updating and cleaning practices could be better, the sheets on the bed had strains on them, but I always take my own blankets anyway. Some outlets worked some didn't,...
