"I wish we could have spent more time at this lodge. It was gorgeous and looked like it had so much to do but it was just a quick stop on our adventure. Rooms were clean and exactly as advertised. "The room was fabulous with a big comfortable bed. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. We were travelling with our dog so couldn’t eat breakfast in the main restaurant but we ate in the tavern instead which was lovely and quiet. "Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf."

"Superb boutique hotel. We couldn’t have had a warmer welcome from Yas and Alison. Stunning location at the side of Loch Ard. Hot tub looks out over the loch. Fabulous breakfast. Evening meal also great. Be sure to taste their home hot smoked salmon, the best ever. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had booked for longer. Thanks for the best stay of our holiday."
