"Had a brilliant stay at the Heavencrest Apartment and the apartment is clean ,spacious and very close to all amenities.
The check-in team was really helpful and supportive with all our needs
Rooms : 2 nice large rooms with 1 ensuite bathroom (another room with separate bathroom but attached balcony)
Kitchen has a separate balcony too and kitchen is fitted with all necessary kit (Crockery/kettle/toaster microwave dishwasher etc)
Taxi's easily available outside the apartment building and plenty...

"This felt like a complete scam. I booked this apartment specifically for the Burj Khalifa view. Just one hour before check-in, they changed both the apartment and the building without informing us. The new unit had no Burj Khalifa view at all.
Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. What was advertised is not what we received. I would not recommend this property."

"the experience was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.
The view is not good. The balcony was extremely dirty, with dusty glass that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Taking photos or even standing there was unpleasant because everything was covered in dust.
The apartment itself was not clean, especially the bathroom, which had visible stains. I honestly did not feel comfortable using it due to the overall lack of cleanliness.
