"Great hotel in lovely peaceful location, a 10 minute bus/taxi ride from Dubrovnik old town. Really very good facilities including a number of pools, easy access to a cordoned off area for sea swimming ( and jumping!). The Croatian coast is very picturesque with crystal clear water."

"Great property and great staff. Very responsive. Though my request for a room on a higher floor was not granted my room was the first room behind the reception area, so was noisy. Also, I was not given the complementary wine as an Expedia platinum member. The hotel was a short walk to the bus line so extremely convenient to the old town of Dubrovnik. Room was clean and spacious and provided hot kettle and coffee in the room. "

"What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours....

"The owners, Ivan and Slavica are great, friendly people. They helped us with directions, suggestions and opening the safe when I messed up the closure. They offer free drinks and liquers (some homemade) down by the pool. Slavica even welcomed us with a couple of pieces of her yummy cake when we arrived. We liked the sunny balcony and while the view of the bay is mostly blocked by other buildings, that doesn't matter because there are plenty of places within short walking distance where you...
