"The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. We had a wedding to go to the next day and obviously wanted to look our best, not tired pale and wizzened.
Thankfully, we were moved to another room far enough away, to not hear the pump.
I'm not sure why we had not been given the second much nicer superior room from the start, as this was our first stay there.

"Room was lovely, shame the view from the window was a roof. Food good but expensive. Entertainment excellent. There were a lot of over 70 year olds there, so I dont think im ready for that yet."

"We stayed in one of the older buildings which was great and had a unique feel to it. It did make controlling the temperature and ac a little trickier during the recent heatwave though. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean with a decent shower."

"Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent."
