"very loud. need better access to all stairwells. half the parking blocked off. the resturant had great food but the service was horrible. they sit people with kids in the parlour separate area and then the get forgotten."

"Last night in Dublin so we wanted to be close to the airport at a place with a free shuttle. Some rooms had AC & some didn’t. Unless you have a car or are willing to Uber, this is your only choice for dining. Not bad, but not great, either."

"The room was so expensive and not very nice. TV was half broken, tiny bathroom, below ground level. Convenient but a nice Dublin hotel and a taxi would have been better."

"The room was cold and could only be reset from the Reception Desk. Then it was too warm. Did not like the lighting system."

"We had a few issues with the room- no hot water in the morning, unable to turn off one of bedside lights other than by taking out the bulb, faulty coffee machine. However what was much more important to us was the prompt and efficient way in which the manager dealt with our problems. Five stars for that!"

"Very helpful staff checking in is quick and easy, next time I’d ask for rooms further away from the entrance doors from the hotel into the bedrooms mainly because guests seem to say they’re goodbyes there and can be a little loud this doesn’t reflect poorly with the hotel people like not having to walk down to the end of the corridor, personally I prefer end rooms as they are much quieter, good food in the bar and plenty of staff on breakfast was a bit disappointing not a lot of selection from...

"Our entire stay was idyllic. The staff were all top notch professional hospitalitiers. They were knowledgeable about the area, quick to help with every step of the stay. Oliver and Sophie had solutions to every question or need. Iryna and Tina were some of the best waitstaff for dinner and tea service. The spa was a lovely oasis and garden of eden boxed up together. "We stayed here one night before our early flight as it's 6 minutes from the airport. The hotel was extremely clean with fun decor and an extremely comfortable bed. We also appreciated the refillable water stations. It was walking distance to a few restaurants. Their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, which is extremely impressive. Highly recommended and would stay again."
