Clean room and friendly staff

Spent two days in high summer. Of the nine hotels we stayed in our fly drive holiday, this hotel represented the best value for money. It also had the largest room with the facilities all at hand. We needed accommodation that was convenient for DC visit and easy travelling to the airport. With the interstate being conveniently close, both requirements were completely met. Our room was the largest we had during our holiday. It contained a kitchen area, sofa comfort area, large bed and...

Excellent one night stay at the Archer. I arrived early and my room was already ready which was brilliant. Check in was smooth and quick, with a warm welcome from the team on reception. My room was incredibly spacious - huge - with a large bathroom and good size wardrobe. Wifi worked immediately with no login issues. Was easily able to chrome cast my Netflix content to the TV however was unable to access the regular tv channels (but this could be my lack of technological expertise!). The...

Lovely and clean. Great shuttle service.. wish there was a vegetarian/ vegan restaurant nearby as only option was really meat eater friendly. There was a water/ ice machine on the floor i stayed but only ice working . Maybe someone could have put water in room for coffee! All in all my room was very clean , bathroom clean and was nice to have a regular modern shower in the room instead of bath/ shower combo. Would definatly recommend and stay again

Excellent hotel and very friendly and welcoming staff. I would highly recommend a stay here and you are close to mall and plenty of great places to eat. A bit of a walk to the Metro but this is more than made up for by the quality and standard of staff.

Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.

Quite and peaceful

Excellent airport hotel, great facilities and breakfast also had a surprisingly good variety. Very useful airport shuttle to take to and from the airport, just a 5 or 6 minute ride. Staff were top notch too.

.

Great service. Clean hotel. Bfast I would charge a fee and make it a bit better…

We found the breakfast team to be very hospitable and warm especially Mary S, Maria D and Lisbeth. The bar team are also good but they are rushed off their feet and therefore the service and cleaning areas suffer. The gym is adequate and superficially clean - it does the job. The front desk team we found that the more experienced member could actual help whereas the less experienced did not really help as they themselves were not to sure and were just googling like we were - whether this is a...

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble
