"This was my second stay here whilst visiting my son at Exeter University. Moto Velo is <20 mins from the Uni Campus, This place caught my eye as it allows dogs to stay at a reasonable price, much better than the ridiculous amount some of the hotels in Exeter were charging. Plus it comes with free convenient parking. Check-in is faceless with easy to follow instructions. "A very warm welcome with great communication leading up to our stay. We used Exmoor House as a base to explore Exmoor and North Devon and really pleased to have stayed here. Breakfast was awesome and the little touches throughout the immaculate property (treats for our pooch; chocolates in the room etc) were wonderful. "I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay."
