"Spent the weekend in D.C. and stayed at the Hamilton Hotel. The staff were great, the room was clean, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. "

"We stayed for 3 nights. It was mostly great: friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room, and nice pool. But on the final morning (a Saturday) breakfast was a shambles. With an hour of breakfast left, there were no clean tables, only paper plates and plastic cutlery, they had ran out of several things, and seemed short staffed. They also double charged us for breakfast and one day later it's not yet clear whether this has been resolved."

"Great location would stay again. About 10 min walk from 2 metro stations. Does not have a manager reception like most Hilton properties. If your room is near Casta’s Thursday thru weekend- you will hear crowds cheering , music. But we were so tired we didn’t care. "

"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."

"Room itself was fine but the staff and overall experience was awful. Upon arrival we were told our car ‘would not fit’ in the car park. The receptionist did not offer an alternative parking locating so we ended up driving around central DC looking for overnight public parking. Furthermore, I had to upload my passport and personal details to an online portal in order to check in. This was a time consuming and cumbersome process and leaves the actual receptionist utterly redundant, as I had to do the entire process myself on my phone. Awful service, genuinely felt like they had no interest in repeat custom. "
