"This hotel was hard to get to even though it is dead smack in the city. Parking is ridiculous. Pay $31 for parking in a garage a block away from the hotel. The restaurant was also bad. The food turned out to be cold and the service was poor. We were sat by a family who got and moved to another table because a white man with black woman is a crime or something. "Beautiful hotel with helpful staff in a nice area of downtown Portland. The bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area is very walkable with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed the free pinball games and happy hour."

"Very nice room and great location. Views were gorgeous and bed was very comfortable. The location was great for walking around town. Had to ask the front desk to send someone to pick up room service trays in the hall - there were 4! Overall would recommend"

"The lobby was dirty, the floor was sticky. Our room was decent but the shower was full of hair on the shower wall. Also, was not told about free parking on the street until after paying for overnight parking."

"The room was pretty clean, but there was a light stain on the bedsheet. The bathroom only had bar soap for both the sink and shower and it was extremely drying for the skin. The 24/7 cafe confused me because there isn’t an attendant at all times, and the options aren’t great. When there was an attendant in the morning, they weren’t very cheerful. The location was convenient as it is a 6 minute walk from the train station. To my knowledge there is no parking onsite."
