"Stayed in room 107. Wow. This room isn’t advertised on the internet. I didn’t know The Harris had a suite. It felt recently renovated, new, very clean. The AC didn’t work well, only working at times, but other than that, it was a great, large, clean room. Everything was very clean. Thank you to the owners of Harris Motel."

"Roaches everywhere. Genuinely shocked by the amount of roaches. 1 roach is 1 too many but seeing families of mixed colored roaches running g around outside and inside property. Running towards my feet and bag WHILE CHECKING IN.. And the man at front desk checking me asking me “what’s the big deal??” Also I ordered a smoking room. Why advertise smoking rooms if none available. Don’t go here. They’re cheaper options nearby that are cleaner."

"Single bedrooms are worse in person and pictures are not shown for it. Very dirty inside, nothing seems to be cleaned at all except maybe the sheets. Every room is a smoking room, so everything smells like cigarettes, including; pillows, sheets, towels, floor, and AC blows out cigarette smell. "

"The property was great for what we needed this trip. We needed something close to public transportation, the airport and Oakland Arena. The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and we always saw workers cleaning. Our room was spacious, had bathroom amenities, fridge and nice, cozy beds. When we opened the door to our room it had the smell of old cigarettes, but opening the window helped. (Hopefully they see this and take care of it) The pool was small, but perfect! We were the only ones...

"If you are on a tight budget, this is a good place. I stayed for a week and it was MUCH cheaper than staying in San Francisco. VERY close to the beach! Only thing in-between is a bowling alley. You can see the sand from the hotel entrance. I will say, the crowd that was staying there the whole time I was there, were VERY disrespectful people. Leaving the pool area a mess for days. Over all, I truly consider this place a life saver. I booked a 10 day stay in san Francisco, in the tenderloin...

"First git there check in and couldn't get out my room the lock was broken so they got me out and switched rooms.....then I work up next morning to get the free complimentary breakfast and there was none....just nurta grain bars and coffee☹️.....I wouldn't recommend to a dog"

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Being very unfamiliar with the Oakland airport area we did not venture out. We enjoyed relaxing with a couple cocktails. We stayed in and had dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Parking was close and safe. The room temperature was very comfortable"

"I never got my deposit back from this place. On top of that the room was not clean at all! I will not be staying here again."

"The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional in both the guest rooms and the business office. Despite bringing this to the front desk's attention multiple times, the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, one of the two key cards provided did not work. The room itself was disappointing, featuring an outdated interior and a bathtub with noticeable stains. Given the sub-standard conditions and lack of basic amenities, I cannot recommend this establishment."
