"Excellent value for money and convenient location for exploring the area. The staff were always pleasant, polite and helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone (full English, eggs benedict, cereal and pastries baked to order) and was good quality, the dinner menu was a fairly typical pub menu but the quality was good and portions huge. I want to return just to try the chips again - I haven't had such delicious chips in years!"

Heating wasn’t working but we were supplied with a portable heater to make the room nice and cozy. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay "
