"Absolutely beautiful hotel in such gorgeous surroundings. From the drive up to the car park, the walk through the walled gardens to the elegant reception hall everything blew us away. Then we got to the room and once again our expectations were met and exceeded. What a beautiful room we had (304). "Great location for early flight. Room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could check tea tray was replenished and app not very user friendly. Joined rewards membership as it said you could get a discount in the restaurant but navigating to try and get a code was impossible…otherwise a lovely stay. "

"Great hotel. Lovely bar to relax in. Bit pricey for food but can be expected these days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to the terminal but if carrying lots of bags or with small kids just get the shuttle bus for a couple of quid. "

"Parking was very easy and staff were amazing. Only thing I would comment on is the room we were in was looking a bit tired and was in need of a deep clean a lot of dust in higher up places and the breakfast should have more options."

"Overall very nice, Made the error of looking for a dropped ear pod and noticed under the bed there was food, toe nails and all sorts! luckily was after a solid nights sleep. breakfast very good. Bar, staff, drinks and desserts great, Would defo re-visit next time im in town."

"When we arrived on a Saturday late afternoon, it was like entering a nightclub. There was a wedding with an open DJ above the bar area. It was so loud you couldn’t easily hear the staff. When in our room, the music was booming through. We asked to move to another room and they were able to facilitate this. Staff were polite and helpful.
