"The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it"

"The room, stay and location were great. It is Expedia that dropped the ball. I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again."

"A relatively new hotel, modern, very clean, newest amenities, outstanding breakfast, outstanding view from the breakfast seating area. Hotel is adjacent to the beach. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a sofa area. I was attending a conference at TPC, which was only 15 minute drive. Numerous stores in the vicinity. "
