"Room was absolutely stunning the bath tub by the bed was something else . the BlOK restauraunt the food was ourstanding . I had a birthday package which was a lovely added extra to the room & also bottle of prosecco it was decorated lovely. The staff were lovely "

"It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views, warm, spacious and the most comfortable bed possible. We can’t fault The New House Country Hotel. It’s worth every penny to stay there. "

"This is a cute property within walking distance to a bus stop. The owners are highly responsive to questions/needs. Air conditioning would have been nice as it was extremely hot during our stay, but this is a nice property overall."
