"The room we booked had 2 separate bedrooms and was an apartment facing the pool and bridge/ocean . It was beautiful and great for our family. The apartment was large, had balconies facing both directions, was well stocked with kitchen items and even had a washer/dryer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast and on-site restaurant was delicious. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the Lisbon city center. The town near the hotel had great restaurant options and a few...

"It was a horrible stay because the first room smelled like mold and there was no air conditioner in the room that we switched. We had to call the staff in the middle of the night at 1 am to figure out what was going on, and nothing was helpful after the staff spending at least an hr to check around and there was no spare room. So much trouble for just staying in the hotel for just 1 night to catch the flight the next morning. Uber was accessible, might as well just stay at Alfama/ Chiado"

"This property is in a beautiful neighborhood, a brief walk to a beautiful church and busy shops and cafes, also close Uber ride to the airport. Our room was simple, but there was a garden to enjoy. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the included breakfast because of an early flight. It is a very good value."
