"Owners are amazing- trustworthy, kind and responsive. As other reviewers note, the property is great- clean, safe, well appointed. But more importantly, the owners went out of their way for us. I left my iPhone behind and they figured out a creative way to mail it back to me in the U.S. Additionally, after a glitch with Expedia, the place was briefly double-booked but they went out of their way to fix it and accommodate. Great stay, terrific, accommodating owners. Highly recommend "

"Such a great resort in a nice location, quiet but close to the beach and lots of restaurants. We had an issue with our room and the staff was quick to help us. There was a nice assortment for breakfast options. Upon check in, our room was not ready so they were happy to hold our bags and we went straight to the pool! "

"We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. Thank you. We will be back!"

"The room and pool were very clean. Very nice quiet place and only a ten minute walk to the beach. FYI, they dont give you fresh towels or bedding unless you ask ,but were there promptly when I asked for fresh towels. I would definitely recommend staying at Bakval Suites! "
