"The balcony was nice; it felt like the hotel was in the woods. The room is a bit dark for my liking. No elevator. The breakfast selections were great, we filled up and were ready to explore the nearby national park. The exercise room wasn't able to open with the room card, had to ask the front desk opened it for us. Overall, it was a nice experience."

Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday. "Beautiful property and extra clean room. The only thing that wasn’t great was the hot water. If you turned it up it went to a drizzle, you had to turn it colder to get the water to come back out normally. That was the only annoyance while there."

"Room was mostly clean few cobwebs in corner. Smell of smoke is rough even as a smoker. Note NO POOL NO HOT TUB per family in area for years it’s been in maintenance. Casino is nice well maintained but do not even think that your upgrade request they send you and advise is accepted will actually be honored on arrival. The staff will treat you like the biggest inconvenience for even calling to ask why your approved by their property request was not honored. Told well you booked through outside...

"We found bed bugs in our room, the bathroom was filthy. The older gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful, the man that checked us out was not. One of the staff was also playing with a tennis ball in the parking lot and loitering around, he ended up hitting our car with the ball. We checked out early and were not able to get a refund."

She was extremely rude and did not explain or help redirect us to another property nearby. Luckily, the Expedia help line was able to find another room for us."
