"When I first arrive the staff who helped me it was pretty kind, the room was kind of clean the carpet looked like dirty, the hot tub wasn't working the pool was open but it was a little dirty, the breakfast it was ok they had cereal bagels juice muffins coffe and some other things, the area of the hotel was pretty calm I would recommend this hotel "

"Everything was great minus the shower. Never once did we have hot water. After a day out and about all I wanted to do was come back and take a nice warm shower. Couldn’t. Felt like the ocean would have been warmer. "

Pool was out for some maintenance, but brought back up to speed very quickly. My son said the syrup station was all sticky from a guest making a mess. 10 minutes later when I went there it was clean. The staff was on top of there game.
