Location was great! We needed a remote for the tv and within a few hours one was provided and a service worker helped make it work. I requested a tea kettle a couple of times and was told one would be delivered. That never happened. Parking was well explained and everyone was helpful

The location of the hotel is really great - close to everything. You can walk to the Old City in 20 minutes. Lots of dining options around. Really enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice shower.
